🌙 Crescent Moon Telescope Craft
What you need:
Printed activity sheet
Colouring pencils/crayons
Scissors
Glue or tape
One sheet of coloured paper (for the telescope tube)
Steps:
Let children colour the stars, moon, child, animals and telescope stand.
Cut the telescope tube and fold the sides which will be stuck on the paper.
Angle the telescope toward the moon and stars and secure it with glue.
Learning moment- Talk to children about:
Looking for the new moon (hilal)
Beginning of Ramadan
Celebration of Eid when the new moon is seen again
Optional extension:
Add glitter to stars
Stick yellow paper on the moon
Write a short dua about Ramadan or Eid at the top
